Loyens & Loeff advised Standard Life Investments on the acquisition of the new head office of Bluewater Energy Services, located at Park 20|20 in Hoofddorp (the Netherlands), for a total consideration of EUR 30.5 million.
Park 20|20 is the first full-service Cradle-to-Cradle working environment in the Netherlands, offering a sustainable, inspiring and more healthy working environment. Thanks to the Cradle-to-Cradle principle, Park 20|20 was awarded BREEAM’s “excellent” certificate for new construction.
